¿Por qué se rechazan tantos manuscritos? El peso olvidado de las normas editoriales

Abstract
The generation of technical and scientific knowledge constitutes an essential pillar of science.1 For researchers, recognition and consolidation of their careers are materialized through the impact of published research. The primary objective of scientific research is the socialization of findings. The process leading to publication validates the knowledge produced and allows the research activity carried out in university institutions and centers dedicated to the advancement of science to be globally visible.
