The fifth discipline: A scientific methodology for the formation

Abstract
The following article describes the research project of the Interdisciplinary Research Group GIAO Organizational Learning, which seeks the applicability of the theory of systems, specifically the Fifth Discipline, in the integral formation of students, in order to give it a scientific character this aspect so important for educational institutions.
