Teaching styles of university professors on the Caribbean

Abstract
Colombian higher education is doomed to face changes and scientific, humanistic and technological challenges. In it, the university teacher transmitter passes knowledge, facilitator, guide and companion processes, knowledgeable about the area and reflective thinking skills, for critical judgment; with domain of knowledge with which it interacts with the appropriation of pedagogy and management of a number of information and communication tools available today.
