Abstract
In the maxilofacial Tumorlike pathology, the challenges are high. It is tried to eliminate the injury, beingtried to have the smaller index of possible recurrence or recidiva, to have the smaller number of possiblecomplications during the handling ablative and in the postoperative recovery, to produce the smaller amountof sequels, and finally when having the possibility of reconstructing to obtain aesthetic and function in thepatient. The injuries fibro osseous and within them the fibro osseous tumors represent a challenge diagnosisand therapeutic and later reconstructive. The jaw as scene of the injury is an additional difficulty given toits complex mobility and the relations with other structures and systems of the individual. The Age of thepatient is another variable that affects the difficulty to carry out ablation, that only arrives to include,understand the injury and not to affect beyond the limits of this one.Downloads
