The results obtained are that there is not a conduct patter that determined that the labor environment
differs from the private health providers and government health providers.
In this way each individual has his/her own special characteristics and the same happens between the
different organizations. therefore we can imply that the labor environment is determent by the form of
managing than by the labor environment itself. In all the health providers studied the most common
organizational system is the authoritarian, which is a weakness, because the process of taking decision is
done by the CEO.
Then, we proceed to suggest plans and strategies to better off the current labor environment and position it
in a competitive field.
