Resumen
Las muertes por coronavirus pueden tener un significado particular en el contexto de la pandemia. Objetivo: explorar la relación entre duelo pandémico ansiedad generalizada, riesgo de depresión y temor por COVID-19 en colombianos. Método: estudio transversal, se invitó a participar personas con historia de pérdida de un ser querido, diligenciaron la EDP, PHQ-9, GAD-7 y Fear Covid-5. Resultados: 123 personas con edades entre 18 y 71 años informaron muerte de un familiar cercano, el 81,30% fueron mujeres, el 16,26% puntuó duelo pandémico, 42,28% riesgo de depresión, el 21,95% ansiedad generalizada y el 39,02% alto temor a COVID-19. El duelo pandémico se asocia con riesgo de depresión (r= 0,51; p<0,01), ansiedad generalizada (r= 0,43; p<0,01), mientras que fue independiente para temor COVID-5 (r=0,29; p>0,01). Conclusiones: el duelo pandémico se asocia a ansiedad generalizada y depresión. Futuros estudios longitudinales puedan mejorar la comprensión de la relación entre estas variables.Citas
