Journalism and journalists in the Magdalena 1525-2003: a way to educate

Abstract

knowledge of the historical path of written communication in the department of Magdalena, allowing understand that information is a primary law of the community that attends to all the inhabitants of the city, which educates and helps build civic identity. As an example, the names of major newspapers that have circulated in Santa Marta and the Magdalena, from 1923 to 2003, which have jealously guarded the life of the city are presented.
