Fractura compleja del extremo distal de la tibia

Abstract

It presents a case of male patient 33 years old worker messenger, with third distal left tibia open fracture. Received combined treatment initially surgical and later five month orthopedic treatment. After five years following the case there is a report of clinically and radiological with good results.
