Transformación tecnológica y digital en cooperativas en Antioquia

Resumen

Este artículo examina la dinámica innovadora en tecnología y trasformación digital de las cooperativas de Antioquia en la fase presente de globalización. Este análisis estuvo atravesado por la pandemia por Covid-19, es decir que aborda los elementos requeridos en las cooperativas para adaptarse a las exigencias de innovaciones tecnológicas y digitales durante épocas de crisis. La metodología utilizada fue cuantitativa a través de un cuestionario enviado electrónicamente a 801 gerentes de cooperativas durante el año 2020, y se obtuvo respuesta de 72 de ellos. De acuerdo a los hallazgos, se puede establecer que la hipótesis H1: el 0,70 de las cooperativas invierte en tecnología para mejorar el desempeño social, no se confirma; por eso, la hipótesis alterna es la pertinente. En conclusión, las cooperativas toman las decisiones de inversión en tecnología basadas en su funcionamiento interno (fidelización) y no en las necesidades de los clientes. Además, pocas entidades invirtieron en tecnología digital durante la crisis ocasionada por la Covid-19.
