Capital humano e indicadores clave de gestión: análisis bibliométrico de tendencias, metodologías y brechas investigativas

Resumen

La administración del capital humano y su evaluación mediante indicadores clave de gestión (KPI) representan un eje estratégico en las organizaciones contemporáneas. Este artículo presenta un análisis bibliométrico de 114 documentos extraídos de Scopus y Web of Science entre 2005 y 2022, centrado en las tendencias investigativas, métodos empleados y principales hallazgos en torno al capital humano y su medición mediante KPI. El estudio identifica autores, países y escuelas de pensamiento relevantes, así como brechas temáticas y metodológicas. Como aporte principal, se destaca la escasa integración entre el capital intelectual y las métricas avanzadas de gestión, abriendo una línea de investigación hacia el uso de inteligencia artificial y métodos multicriterio en la evaluación del desempeño humano. Los hallazgos ofrecen herramientas analíticas y reflexivas para investigadores, gestores y responsables de políticas organizacionales.
